First, we managed to add achievements to Deep Ones. Now there are already twenty of them and they are now not only “achievements for completing”, but also for special connoisseurs of perverting and bending the game at any angle, not receiving damage from certain monsters and doing all sorts of other things, just to get the achievement.

Secondly, there were, surprisingly, quite a decent number of videos about Deep Ones on YouTube, which is very nice. We wrote to a huge number of bloggers and this gave very different results: from surprise that this particular blogger would write/film some material about our game to being shocked by the prices of some retro-oriented comrades. Speaking of prices, our budget is already minimal for all these things, so they asked us to do the material for free. Money was paid only to some VK communities, and even those were not very large.

The “press”, for the most part, is of course Russian-speaking, but they also communicated with foreign comrades as best they could. Although there were significantly fewer responses, I noticed that the foreign community is much less toxic, ready to even just click “like” on a deceased greenlight or give some reasoned comment on how to make the game better.

Third, and probably the most pleasant thing – if you believe Steamworks, then as many as 2245 people have Deep Ones in their libraries, which personally seems to me some kind of wild madness. Of course, these are not only “direct” purchases, but also several key giveaways and participation in the Indiegala Monday Motivation Bundle.

We don’t have many reviews yet, the game doesn’t have a rating and, as a result, there’s no way to attach cards yet. But for me personally this is not critical, since I am VERY pleased with the result and what different people tell me about my game. Of course, this is not only praise, but also quite honest kicks, but that’s good. I know what mistakes we made and in the future we will be able to somehow avoid them on future projects.

The fourth and most unpleasant thing is that the money still cannot come from Steam, although the game was released on September 2. But, it seems, we have to wait until the thirtieth day of this month, as far as I understand.

Fifth – Deep Ones were leaked https://noverificationcasinos.co.uk/review/1red/ to the root tracker, so whoever wants can safely steal, kill and feed geese. 🙂

About other projects:
Two free mobile games released. I already wrote about one earlier and it’s called add more. You can read more about it at this link.

In short, this is a mathematical game where you need to add certain sums from the numbers you see, which are shown on the screen below.

The second mobile game is called Your Bunny Wrote and its story is pretty stupid, just like the game itself lol.
This project is about a year and a half old. We started making it when our team was still a duo and we didn’t know how to do anything, so, inspired by such trash as SAMOLIOTIK, we decided to do something “at the level of Vysotsky or even higher” in order to upload it to steam. The main motive is to make the worst game of our lives so that the next projects will be better, no matter how badly we make them.
We riveted for about two weeks, then our conscience began to play and we tried to make a normal game, which ultimately resulted in the development of Deep Ones.

A short description:
A psychedelic arcade action game inspired by the visuals of games from Nintendo’s Virtual Boy platform.
FREE shoot’em up, please note!

You take on the role of Ivan Zerashen, a simple Russian man who flies on his grandfather’s corn truck to kill the resurrected Hitler, who interrupted Ivan’s favorite TV show.

Game Features:
•You’ve never seen such heavy shit on your phone before;
•A little less, but something like 1488 levels in the epic story campaign. Help kill Hitler once again and turn the tide of history!
•Two game modes – story campaign and endless mode;
•Game currency called “Lenins”;
•The first video game in history to feature the city of Teplodar;
•Special button “donate to developers for extra money”
•Exclusive for the Android platform.
•And much more that even we ourselves don’t know, so we’re waiting for you to tell us about it in the comments.

In general, bullshit and trash, but recently we found the source code and decided to ADD it so that the good stuff doesn’t go to waste. At least we had fun when we made it. Nazi whales, battles between planes and tanks in space and other idiotic things.

But in addition to trash talk and mathematical games, we also have a new main project. Earlier I said that this would be a hand-drawn quest in the spirit of Fran Bow, but it didn’t work out, it didn’t work out, so we decided to do something that can be done without an artist and where the plot and scenario component will not be in the main roles.

It was decided to make a shoot’em up in the spirit of Metal Slug and Contra with graphics from medieval paintings and all this based on the Divine Comedy.
We called this miracle Ad Mortem Festinamus and so far it looks something like this:

Ad Mortem Festinamus is a humorous run and gun game based on Dante Alighieri’s “Divine Comedy”, in which the player will experience what it’s like to be a medieval monk who couldn’t wait to go to the toilet and hold the Bible in his hands.

The image shows a kind of “layout” of the first bossfight with Charon while crossing a river in which the souls of unbaptized babies float, which can gather into a mega-unbaptized baby attacking smaller unbaptized babies.

We are actively working on AMF and, I think, in a couple of weeks there will be at least a demo.

In general, probably everything. I can only throw in the final links to all these things of ours + screenshots of “early versions”: the first, where I added all three design options for the main character of Deep Ones and the second, which shows the redone location of a sunken Japanese village, which later became a graveyard of sunken ships.
